              Become a member of either fund by completing our application form & provide supporting documents

              Welcome

              Once your account has been setup, you will receive a welcome email from our investment team

              Invest

              You will receive investment offers with detailed information on the proposed loan via an SPDS or SIM

              Accept

              If you want to participate in an offer, confirm with our investor relations team to secure your investment. We work on a first in first served model.

              Deposit Funds

              Once your participation is confirmed, you will receive deposit details and your investment agreement.

              Settlement

              Once we advance the funds to the borrower, your interest will generally be paid within 24-48 hours after settlement.

              Investment Statements

              We pay interest monthly in advance (refer to specific SIM/SPDS) you will receive a statement from our team via email every time a payment made

              Loan Extensions

              In the event a borrower requires an extension, investors will be advised accordingly.

              Loan Repays

              When a borrower discharges their loan, you will receive your principal back to your nominated account.

              Retail Fund
              A select investment fund allowing investors complete control over the deployment of their capital with fixed interest returns.

              The Thompson Financing Mortgage Fund is open to all investors at a minimum investment of $20,000.

              Wholesale Fund
              Our wholesale fund offers a higher yield for those with a larger risk appetite, secured against real property United States-wide.

              The Thompson Financing Wholesale Fund is only available to investors who qualify as ‘wholesale clients’ under the Corporations Act.
